Event Terms and Conditions

This event (“Learning Live 2022”) is solely for attendance by EIGCA Fellow, Members, Candidates for Membership, Students, Affiliates, members of staff and designated representatives of EIGCA Gold, Silver and Bronze Partners, and EIGCA invited guests. The EIGCA reserves the right to cancel bookings of people who do not meet the attendance criteria and a cancellation fee may be applied.

Your booking is a contract. Payment must be received in full prior to the event. If payment has not been received by the date of the event, the EIGCA reserves the right to cancel your booking.

It is possible to transfer your registration to another person who meets the attendance criteria at any point from the time of registration to 2 working days prior to the event. For a transfer to be accepted, the request must be made in writing to Wendy Cooles at wendy@eigca.org.

All cancellations are to be made through the online registration system. Instructions of how to do this are found by clicking here. Cancelling your registration may incur a fee, as detailed below:

• A full refund will be issued where you cancel within 7 days of completing your booking (if this is before 30th October 2022).
• A 50% refund will be issued if you cancel after 8 days of completing your booking but before 30th October 2022.
• No refund will be issued for cancellations notified after 16th November 2022.

The EIGCA reserves the right to change the programme and/or speakers without prior notice. It also reserves the right to cancel this event due to low attendance or other unforeseen circumstances. If the event is cancelled, the EIGCA is not responsible for refunding the cost of pre-booked delegate travel and accommodation. If the event is cancelled, the EIGCA will notify you via the email address and/or telephone number provided at registration, and will provide a credit to the value of your registration fee towards a future EIGCA event.

Your name, job title and organisation, as provided on the booking form, will be included in the delegate pack for this event and available on this website (advise lindsey@eigca.org if you do not want to be included on the delegate list). Your contact details will not be shared outside of the EIGCA and will only be used to contact you in relation to your booking. Delegates consent to photography, filming and sound recordings which may be used for future marketing of the EIGCA.
