Event Terms and Conditions

Eligibility to attend
This event (“EIGCA Annual Meeting”) is solely for attendance by EIGCA Fellow, Members, Candidates for Membership, Affiliates, designated representatives of EIGCA Gold, Silver, and Bronze Partners, Patrons, and EIGCA guests. The EIGCA reserves the right to cancel bookings of people who do not meet the attendance criteria and a cancellation fee may be applied.

Delegate Packages
Delegate packages are at fixed prices and elements within these cannot be altered.

Payment
Payment must be received in full at the time of booking. Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit/debit card. If payment is not received by 1st February 2023, EIGCA reserves the right to cancel your registration.

Event Programme
The EIGCA reserves the right to change the programme and/or speakers without prior notice.

Delegate List
Your name, job title and organisation, as provided at the point of registration, will be included in the delegate list for this event and available on the EIGCA events website (advise lindsey@eigca.org if you do not want to be included on the delegate list).

Photography
Delegates consent to photography, filming and sound recordings which may be used for future marketing of the EIGCA.

Travel Arrangements
Flights to and from Turkey are the delegate’s responsibility. Please note that the airport transfers included in the package are for Antalya Airport only.

Travel Insurance
Delegates are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate travel insurance in place before traveling to the event.

Transfer of booking
It is possible to transfer your registration to another person who meets the attendance criteria at any point from the time of registration to Wednesday 15th March. For a transfer to be accepted, the request must be made in writing to Lindsey Collumbell at lindsey@eigca.org.

Cancellation of Booking
All cancellations must be made in writing to in writing to Lindsey Collumbell at lindsey@eigca.org. A full refund will be made if cancellation is received in writing on or before Wednesday 1st February 2023. After this date, Golf Kings will endeavour to recoup as much of the funds as possible, with no guarantee.

Cancellation of event by EIGCA
Should the EIGCA have to cancel the 2023 Annual Meeting for any reason prior to the event, the EIGCA is not responsible for refunding the cost of pre-booked delegate travel and accommodation. If the event is cancelled, the EIGCA will notify you via the email address and/or telephone number provided at registration, and will provide a credit to the value of your registration fee towards a future EIGCA event.
